About the Role
Life Chambers is a small healthcare recruitment agency based in the heart of Woking, and we are looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant. We’re looking for someone with drive and ambition but also empathy and the ability to really listen to our clients and candidates.
You will be mentored by the whole team in showing you how we recruit high quality Doctors, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
We will guide you on what we are looking for from our candidates, and what paperwork we need to allow them to operate safely in their placements.
You’ll be introduced to the wide range of clients we work with to supply staff for: GP Surgeries, Hospitals, Army/Navy/RAF bases, as well as private clients, and those working online carrying out remote consultations.
We want you to learn the ins and outs of the business, as well as what it takes to help the NHS and other healthcare providers in these challenging times.

Requirements
IT literate including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills
Accuracy and ability to prioritise workloads
Experience with a CRM system (preferable)
Good communication skills
Be a team player
Knowledge of recruitment and employment processes (preferable)
